Refund policy

First Nest planners are Excel files and printable PDFs delivered immediately after purchase. If a file doesn’t open, a sheet is missing, or the wrong planner was delivered, email us within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund the order.

Once a working copy has been delivered, we generally can’t refund because the template can be duplicated. Contact us from the email you used at checkout.
